       Hello sjlawson,
       
       You can start by trying fold(1) with the option '-w 70'.
       An other tool is par(1) which is very powerfull but needs
       some learning to use properly.
       
       Now your editor of choice might be able to hard-wrap long
       lines for you at the width you'd like. What editor do you
       use?
