       Very interesting read, did not expect to see my city listed as the meeting 
       place (Columbus OH)! Honestly some of the arguments for Gopher still stand, 
       harder to setup a server &  hypertext is a lot more complicated.
       
       Funny to imagine a world where Gopher won over www.
