       Thank you for your reply, Chuck.  I guess I should have
       said in my post that my 84-year-old mother has stage IV
       cancer... and that that and the whole regimen my mom is
       going through is likely taking such a toll on her health
       that she's finding it difficult to eat these days.
       
       I've been offering my mother cookies and chocolate and
       fattening foods for her to eat.  My mom met with a
       nutritionist, and the nutritionist said that I was doing
       good giving her nice fattening foods to eat.  However,
       my mom lacks a desire to eat, and must force herself to.
       
       So I figure:  For most of us, eating is an enjoyable
       activity (which ultimately keeps us alive), so if she
       were to take an appetite stimulant, she could regain her
       weight and enjoy mealtimes again.
       
       So does anyone have any experience with appetite boosters/
       stimulants?  I'm wary about ordering over Amazon, as I've
       heard that very many diet supplements don't live up to the
       claims.  However, most diet supplements promise weight
       loss -- not weight gain.  So a supplement that promises
