My 84-year-old mother has recently started rapidly
losing weight. She tries to eat, but it's not as
easy as it once was for her.
I wondered if there were any appetite boosters, so
I googled for them. I found an appetite booster for
children on Amazon that looks promising for young
children:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B1MKR8GY
but I'm wondering if it's any good for 80-year-olds.
What do you think? Do any of you have any experience
with appetitte stimulants? Any recommendations?
Also, high-protein drinks are good, but I'd like to
see my mom eat things willingly, instead of trying
to relucantly consume food. That's why I'm looking
for a good appetite stimulant, hoping that it'll
help her enjoy eating food again -- and of course
gain back much of her lost weight.
