 (DIR) 1 - I am able to exercise with no ill effects.
 (DIR) 2 - I have a hard time running.
 (DIR) 3 - I regularly exert myself physically, and enjoy doing so.
 (DIR) 4 - I physically exert myself all day long on a regular basis.
