       Add support for SDL2, including on Mac
       
       Look for SDL2, and use it (and SDL_mixer)
       if available rather than SDL 1. If on Mac,
       build the sound plugin with -module so it
       gets built as a .so module rather than a
       .dylib dynamic library.
