       @delta I have so far found that just getting people to try ("I don't want to install another app") is my hurdle - even the tech friends. People have IM exhaustion (and have for years, Signal fought the same problem forever, still does). When you have to convince your nerd friends to even try, it's exhausting. I don't have a great answer. 😕
