       @gamingonlinux I wish I understood #Stellaris, but after the changes to the main gameplay loop and UI in v4.0, I just don't get it anymore.

       @itsfoss I don't fully agree with the premise, except for distro specific customized DEs, you can pretty much get any DE or TWM on any underlying distro you want. With this it ultimately comes down to:1. Do you like a rolling release, or a stable system that infrequently updates?2. Do you want immutability?3. How important is it to have a good in-place upgrading system?These are all strictly about the distro, not the DE, and they are the most important questions imo.
