       @pixelfed I'm not sure if there's been any posts about this, but I'm not a fan of social media “apps”, meaning mobile apps, even if they're open source and don't collect data. This is because I'd still be using a Google or Apple device.Is there any news on when the website will be getting an overhaul?

       @pixelfed Asked before and will now start asking consistently.Day 1: Is Pixelfed going to provide an updated website experience equal to the mobile app experience? Or will Pixelfed follow Instagram and try to indirectly push users to use the mobile app by making the website experience sub-par when compared to the mobile app?

       @pixelfed Good, because I don't want to use a social media app on a spyware OS. Which is one of the main reasons why I use Linux.Glad to know my private account (not this one) can be used with an updated experience in the future.
