       It is wrong when Russia does it and it is wrong when Ukraine does it and it is wrong when anyone else does it because slavery is wrong. If a country wants a human military force so damn much, maybe it should look for willing participants, and pay them a wage, and not count civillians who have their own lives to live as meat for the grinder.
