2 of 2Skinny Puppy broke up in the mid-90's, which at the time sucked, because I wanted to see them live. My buddy back then had seen Skinny Puppy and Godflesh live. He told me about how crazy Skinny Puppy's stage show was.They eventually reformed, and put out four albums between 2003 to 2013, and I got to see them live once in Boston, before I left 'Murica. @Zardoz Awesome... I saw Pigface, another great industrial band, in Philly in '94 and '95... Ogre from Skinny Puppy was touring with them, and he did this mosh pit thing with an inflatable raft, and had us carry-paddle him to the balcony, climbed up it... ran through some back stage door, and came back out on stage... fucking hilarious... 🤣

@Dagnar @Zardoz Yeah... forgot about that. I've got all of KMFDM's albums up to maybe 2011, and interviewed Sascha before they left 'Murica and went back to Europe. Visual art wise, if I had to pick a top ten for album covers and consistent kick-ass visuals... KMFDM, Iron Maiden, Black Flag. Those three come to mind first. @Zettour Over years of traveling, I would always balance cash and card. This was the first time where card was overly demanded, and cash resulted in a higher fee.

Yeah... I stopped watching this kid, Mario Nawfal, in Dubai. The same guests are on other shows. I stopped watching his content when he had Cenk "Meatloaf Head" Uygur on his show, which also coincided with Mario saying some dopey stuff with other guests. Somebody brought this up to me here a few months ago, when I posted a link to a different person's YouTube video, and the Mastodon person said, "but that face is so stupid." I didn't think about it much at the time, just agreed... but the seed was planted. Despite kind of liking the content of this guy, I don't think I can watch any more stuff that has a thumbnail with the person looking gaytarded with some fake shocked expression on their face.

@Starcodecaser YouTube pumps them up on the algo if they make these shocked faces... that's what I heard one of them explain... which to me is a big joke that YouTube is playing on these content creators, making them look as stupid as possible with facial expressions.
