@Ronnie21093 @FruitpilledPeachcel @supersid333 Even better, with an additional nearly three hours, you can watch the followup series as well. Just in case you haven't been punched in the gut hard enough after the first one is done. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLxeMCmW1ol12Jf8qqsqycQ5ZVi4pI9-sQ

@LolikingSama They always were. :ina_lownod: The contrast is the beauty, the tiny body with the aspect not usually associated with the body type.

@LolikingSama @Ronnie21093 Personally I'm a man of variety. I can go along with many things, though I do have some limitations. I mean, if not at all obvious with some of the designs of OCs, the weird absurdity can sometimes appeal to me. A bit of extra contrast, to really hit the point hard. :thinkinghrr: It's fun that way.

@cris1010 This is a mess, but if I have to give it anything it's that this not only looks like it's not fun, it also looks extremely impractical. Pretty sure they make Fire Emblem games piss easy now. Just a single microcosm of strategy and you might not have to keep skipping and redoing battle animations for a full minute (or longer) waiting for the RNG to give you a crit so you win the battle (though it would be funny if you could do this in a situation where you genuinely cannot win the confrontation even with the best possible RNG). :thonk: The fact the option is even here is indicative of how much gacha has fucked everything up though.

@grooms It's fine. Really I only end up thinking like this because I do have context. Much as I hate to admit it, I really do read almost every doujin I come across (at least of non-h, I'm not insane enough to read all the h-doujins out there). That means I also have a lot of additional context to images sometimes that makes them lose the meaning they were posted in these threads with.

@Ronnie21093 @grooms They aren't, but they're directly related to a doujin series. For the undesirable context, it's a yuri doujin series. A really long one. One that tries to give everyone pairings, and usually somewhat confusing ones at that (Shanghai Doll and Marisa felt like a flashbang going off). Main thing is the artist, Yohane, almost exclusively draws yuri stuff.

@SuperSnekFriend @grooms How to Join a Conversation Without Making Everyone Think You're a Sociopath, Vol 1. It isn't helping her much since she instinctively tries to read everyone like a book the second she meets them, but the thought is there. :cirno_heh:

@Ronnie21093 @grooms Wrong question. The correct question is how the pregnancy worked.

@Ronnie21093 @grooms I don’t know. The series is already baffling in that it features yuri pregnancy (a logistical question I won’t even bother thinking about) but then the logistical question of Shanghai being given a full size doll body and somehow getting Marisa pregnant is something I really don’t know how to contend with.

@Ronnie21093 I'm not surprised with how ban happy the Forza moderation team is (fun fact: some Forza games have make-a-wish cars specifically given to only one account, obtaining said car is an insta-ban, and hackers can modify the car loadout of any player on the server, and no you cannot appeal the ban because they do not care). Though the extreme decals are the biggest appeal of the Horizon games. I don't play this shit because I really like the idea of playing a pretty basic racing game, I play it because I like driving around freely in a car customized to hell and back with decent mechanical systems. Worthless moderation team.

@Ronnie21093 What sucks is that Forza Horizon is a pretty solid semi-arcade racing game, kinda an in-between of arcade and a bit more realism. But the dev teams making the games are atrocious and the actual decisions when moderating as well are even worse. If it weren't for having a solid underlying system figured out a while ago that means they genuinely cannot screw up the gameplay, these games would have no players. Still the vinyl editor is possibly the worst thing that's still around in Forza. It's still a shape editor. We're at the point where you could genuinely plug a USB stick into a console and instantly have images load onto a car with no problems, yet it's still a shape editor. Gran Turismo of all games figured it out, you can just upload SVG files. What I mean is, these Japanese players are either using third party software or spending genuine hours, maybe even days, trying to make these liveries. And they're getting banned for the effort. :flan_tired: Microsoft only wants the most sanitized version of things, it doesn't matter if that means making everything worse.

@poopernova @Ronnie21093 It only took nearly a decade, and the failure of a major project meant to bring in billions, but hey Destiny 2 players will finally be able to play the game. The actual game, not just whatever tiny chunk of the game is currently implemented. :cirno_laugh:

@TopBep I'm not surprised. Fire Emblem becoming mainstream was a fluke and not one that could actually withstand the test of time. Three Houses only sold as well as it did because it was a Switch game, similar to the era of the Wii where tons of games sold insanely well even if they were shit simply because they were on Wii. The 3DS titles did well but they were hardly mainstream. The only people trying to keep it maintstream are fags and Nintendo, and Nintendo's attempts are clearly driving everyone but the fags away. Seriously the main cast all looks like trash. Great Value Alucard isn't exactly a big draw for anyone. On top of the actual series (not the romanticized success of Three Houses) being niche, apparently the game also is more akin to a spinoff since it has actual turn based battles to go alongside the strategy stages. So this game can't decide what it wants to be other than trying to be mainstream with something that is objectively niche. :thinkinghrr:

@kilostere @Ronnie21093 @poopernova >sacrifice destiny to make a game for a demographic of gamers that doesnt existAll things considered, the demographic they were aiming for was one that did exist, it just was an utterly retarded demographic to target. "People who want to play FPS multiplayer shooters" is absurdly broad. The guy playing Halo CE modded is nowhere near the same as the guy playing CoD Warzone, and they're both insanely far removed from the guy who plays Doom WADs, but Bungie just bundled them all together and assumed it'd make infinite money. I only give them this tiny crumb of credit while insulting them because I have seen what a game for an actual non-existent demographic looks like, in the Saints Row reboot. That game's demographic only exists in the mind of a board room conflating 200 different markets and a ton of failed advertising campaign to target a guy who could not possibly exist.

@kilostere @Ronnie21093 @poopernova >i mean i think trying to supposedly create an extraction shooter for casual players is a bit oxymoronicTo be fair, the problem with all extraction shooters that stops anyone from getting into them casually is that they all seem to want to enforce the dumbest mechanics. Things like PvPvE, economies, restricting lifelines to mostly the top tier players who will destroy you and remove your motivation to keep playing, and of course the live service model. I think the idea could do well if it just had more reason to even bother getting into it. Let players play it offline, give a proper singleplayer with some story that isn't just some shitty online events. You know things are insane when one of the most casual-friendly extraction shooters out there is Modern Warfare Zombies, which is generally regarded as a terrible mode (and required owning a pretty bad game to even play). Actually, now that I think about it, a casual extraction shooter would just be Left 4 Dead/Left 4 Dead 2. You drop in, get resources, and get out. Except, those games have no progression because they explicitly want people to be able to just jump in and have fun with friends, which is exactly the perfect sort of flow you'd need. But then, none of this matters because the point of making battle royales or extraction shooters isn't to make a game people will love. It's about money. Fortnite makes infinite money, CoD makes infinite money, why not also try to make infinite money? The target market was a tertiary thought at best compared to how much money a live service extraction shooter could make. If something like progression was removed for more simple gameplay, how would they implement the battle pass? Bungie probably just assumed that all players who play FPS or TPS games with live service elements would flock over, and didn't consider how absolutely brain-dead of an concept that is.

@Ronnie21093 @poopernova Unwise move, the tengu are nothing if not schemers. Aya brags about her speed being the fastest and has others to get her newspapers around, this whole situation is suspicious. Never trust a crow.
