       @Lunaphied it’s very simple: the seat goes to whoever gets the most votes.this would normally be, you know, somebody who campaigned for it, but if the people say they want this random Somalian man who just got his Swedish citizenship, there’s no rule that says they can’t elect him instead.this has previously come up when a small constituency accidentally elected a random teacher for their local council. his name is a misspelling away from the name of the nazi party leader, while the actual head nazi doesn’t live in the constituency and therefore isn’t eligible. the teacher is very much not a nazi and thought this was hilarious, but unfortunately this story is utterly ungooglable and I can’t find it again.
