       @EllisDee I'm not sure exactly how it works in France but it could be that gas stations couldn't or wouldn't buy the gas coming in at the prices that were offered. I know that happens in Ukraine sometimes.

       Ha. I lived in DC in the 90's. My friends and I used to go to Dupont circle because that's also where all the cool record shops and bookstores were back then. All manner of sexual deviants were seen on those excursions.

       i'm doing research now. the 2nd one says it opened in 2023 (kek) but dupont is the historic fag place with lots of fag bars. a lot of normies (at least) used to go there for a giggle decades ago.

       I'm not sure what you are picturing. It's an upscale area with a bunch of well dressed people with money who are going out for the night/after work to drink/party. It's just known as the "gay area". If you weren't aware of it, you probably wouldn't even notice.some chick friend i had at the time wanted to go. wasn't my idea.
