       @Ronnie21093 Also it bugs me now, this design isn't all that identifiable as a Touhou design but they went out of their way to use a dumb thing ZUN does with ears from time to time. Half of the time bunny ears appear, they're done in a way such that there's a plausible explanation for the ears being fake. Tewi's look like pieces of cloth (though only in the ZUN art, everyone else draws her ears more properly as lop ears), Reisen's are nailed in, Ringo's are hidden under her hat, maybe more but you get the idea. This Marisa figure has hairpin-like flowers appearing at the base of the ears.

       @Ronnie21093 I am almost entirely certain that was intentional. It wasn't until Silent Sinner in Blue that the "rabbit ears being possibly fake" thing was broken, and even then Rei'sen is depicted with a rabbit ear helmet at points.
