today i got all firmware (system controller and keyboard/trackpad) to release candidate status for the MNT Reform Next, as well as the debian-based system image, which makes the first small batch of MNT Reform Next shippable. big whew!the only thing that bothers me a little bit and i can't easily fix now is @gnome defaulting to 125% display scale since a while. i commented in this 4 months old issue in the mutter tracker: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/work_items/4797#note_2874069

@gnome update: I calculated now that the 125% for our panel size+resolution (it has around 176 PPI natively) is mostly consistent with the target 135 DPI/PPI stated in mutter's code. The real remaining bug IMHO is that if a user overrides that to 100%, the setting reverts to 125% each time I plug in a new external display.

@mntmn That is awesome - but what about the rest? I dunno where I am in the line so to speak.

@b3nis sorry but i also don't know where you are in the line! we'll ship the first 90 over the next month, and then another 90 1-2 months after, depending how fast the CNC company is.
