       Dude my father in law had some rental trailers and when the land owner/main owner of most of the trailers (there were like 30 and FIL owned like 4) decided to sell he thought these trailers and land were worth 1.5mLike dude, these trailers were run down roach infested shitholes other than FIL. FIL maintenanced all the stuff and he had to fight tooth and nail to get the dude to fix anything right. Grant it it was HUD housing so you can imagine what the tenants did to those trailers.

       I go driving to look at property every so often, and it's always funny when you're in an area like that, extreme poverty, and then there's one trailer that looks taken care of, and the truck, boat, and car parked outside are worth a couple hundred thousand combined. Some dude with a good job is cheatin'.
