       @Gargron Electrician should have his phone number posted in the van window to remove the need for this.  I once had to do something similar, and I felt pretty bad about it, but road was totally blocked!

       @Gargron Is your house under construction and it's clearly visible from the outside?My mom works at construction sides and it's so normal for workers to walk it, that she has even no problems walking into a random construction area if she is just interested into seeing what is being built there.She also often carries a window handle around with, to open up unfinished Windows... It seemed pretty hardcore to me for a 60 year old lady.

       @Gargron Someone once parked their vehicle in the entrance to the garages for a group of townhomes blocking entry and exit for everyone who lived there.It is perhaps obviously an easy mistake to make although both the person blocking entry and exit as well as the people living there need to be kept in mind.Arguably nothing stops anyone from towing a vehicle off of private property.
