That's practically the same as asking for her death, what with her being a poverty god and all. Negating her powers somewhat only worked with Tenshi because Tenshi was a celestial. The most you can do is give her a satisfying life within the terms of her existence. It's not like poverty means a lack of everything, merely just a lack of excess. You can still live a satisfying life that way. She just needs someone who wont bring her into dumb plots and insane schemes, someone to take care of her and show her much love.

       @SuperSnekFriend @Mythosearth A few problems with this. First is finding Yukari, something few can do and nobody wants to do. Second is the complexity of such a boundary likely being difficult. The third, and the most damning, is that Yukari wouldn't find it fun to just do that.  Convincing Yukari to go along with such a thing would likely have you trying to earn her favor enough to get the hag to start wanting you for herself instead. And while Yukari likely wouldn't steal you away, she would definitely not take "no" for an answer either.

       @SuperSnekFriend @DrRyanSkelton @Mythosearth This woman is a thief and a menace to everyone. She’ll literally punch the money out of you. Also she has the exact same flaw as a god as Shion does, but it’s expressed in the opposite manner. While Shion cannot hold on to excess, Jo’on can only obtain excess. Things like gems, gold, jewelry. She however can not hold on to useful currency, food, resources needed to live, all those kinds of things. Though Jo’on does still have a good heart. She’s not exactly a bad person overall, just too prone to greed. She cares about her sister and all, and after being taken to the Myouren Temple she has tried to mostly target the extra wealthy.

The two sisters make a delicate balance when they're together, not exactly completely free of poverty but very capable of moving money around. What I can say is that you would need to keep watch over them a lot. These two are very difficult. Shion has more restraint but if her sister is suggesting the plan, then she'll go along. Going to be a very active life.
