       FOIA is probably one of the only good pieces of legislation passed in the last 60 years. Couple that with the unparalleled ease of sharing information and you can be just like 2 clicks away from seeing the most retarded and dumbass people getting arrested, all at the low low cost of a reasonable bed time.
