@yon 🤣 No worry, I used to really prefer the word "timelapse" to "speedpaint", because back in my days 👴 , I was in a speedpainting group on CGsociety forum (more than 20 years ago). And speedpaint at that time, meant just a painting in a single seating, and usually with no break; so 1h to 2h roughly. But the young nowadays named timelapse video recording "speedpaint" so I adapted :)

@sigseis Yes, the structure, the overall, the way the arguments are delivered is like a music; and I'm sure even non AI user knows this music exactly. Now, a part of me is also convinced that human being exposed to AI or chatting too long with it will unconsciously starts to speak this way, it will become their vocabulary, their logic and music to speak.

@davidrevoy Ah that’s a great point. Like a challenge where you have some kind of time constraint (from things like 5 mins to like what you brought up 1-2h).I still find the idea of slow paint funny :)

@Ray_Of_Sunlight Thank you, I think the "your-art-looks-AI" period in end July unlocked something on my brain; and after the style rebellion (getting more rough brush stroke and all) I realized that I care really about painting technique, my style, character design and shading in general. So, I started to work back and put effort trying to get them how I imagine them. I decided to just "do it the way I like it" and it brings some good results. I even had to create thinner digital brushes.

@tudza Hey "the little blue line above the first frame" sounds like a loading bar, or a decoration made by the viewer of content you are using (aka "the "fediverse client"). Maybe the "librem.one" server had an issue to load the image, I'm glad it was only temporary, and you reported it to work now.
