       @Autumn The texture is very much like a cross between beef and chicken, but tastes more like beef than fowl to me.  I really liked it in a burger. Not sure how it would come across as a steak. I've never tried it that way.

       @MSP_SMIMSA @Autumn The only meat I've truly regretted trying was kangaroo meat.  It's earthy and kinda gross to me.  Ostrich was pretty great.

       @MSP_SMIMSA @Autumn One seen places back at my other house in Florida that serve alligator but I still haven't tried it. I kinda want to, since people keep telling me that it's actually pretty good.
