       @dalias @khm Will all the clean disposable shit matter when the lights go out and there's no more medical system?Whenever I'm in the med system myself -- I've had a few issues -- I'm appalled at the waste. It’s the poster child for wanton waste. And properly designed and funded, most thing's can be reused. But we’re too cheap and shitty to do that. We fall back on trite excuses every time. Because our imagination is dying with us.

       keeping the lights on, there are approximately 405,394,195,021 things we can fight before we have to come for medical products.  there are a shitload of categories of product about which I agree with your stance.  but a blanket ban on the word 'disposable' is some kind of Parable of Unintended Consequences waiting to happen.        Lets get real. For starters, anything 'disposable' should be illegal. And the marketing of disposability as a 'feature' should be a crime punishable by death. Because that's what the flesh dripping ghouls profiting on deliberately-designed waste are doing to humanity. Burn them. Hang them. Tar and feather them. An example has to be made.        On the other hand, what a scientific opportunity, to be able to study the demise of a species in real time. AI could help us with that. There will be lots of data. All we need is capacity.
