       @dangillmor This is a misunderstanding of the problem. USPS is not preparing to stop delivery of completed ballots to the county. They are preparing to stop delivery of blank ballots to you. You won't have a ballot to drop in a drop box. And if you go to vote in person, they will tell you that they mailed you a ballot and unless you turn it in, you can only cast a provisional ballot which most likely will never be counted.

       @dangillmor The concern is not returning ballots: it's delivering them to voters in the first place. Drop boxes can't help with that.
