       AdderallThat’s it. Thats what I needed to relieve me of this paralysis that’s been plaguing me all my life. It’s so relieving to actually DO what I set my mind on. To not feel a physical block between myself and the goals I’m thinking of. To actually feel like I’m advancing in life.

       I can’t believe I allowed myself to be influenced by the FUD around psychiatric medication. To delay this ADHD diagnosis and the treatment for it for so long.

       Productivity systems and apps alone did not releave me of my paralysis. Adderall did.With those two and my psychiatrist, I have a complete support system. Now to unlearn a lifetime of bad habits I’ve built up from being untreated.
