       Spiegel's been gaining weight over the last year, having spent his early adult years at 10-11 lbs despite being long enough to claw my butt when I'm standing. He was 11 lbs a year ago but is now close enough to Sando's weight that the litter robot can't distinguish between them.(Sando is a forever kitten of infinite density.)Now, Spiegel gets pancreatitis about once a year, he's on a special vet food and I have to stick to certain brands of treats so he doesn't get into a barfing habit. I'd generally been more concerned about him losing weight, yet here we are.I guess I need to do something about this, though I'm not sure what. The cats don't really play with me anymore, they more like to chase and wrestle each other. Both cats get the same food, and Spiegel will wake me up if he's hungry (though usually just does that for attention). I was hoping to put off using feeders with RFID readers to limit what each cat ate...
