       @MLE_online because he has the part around his eyes swollen, maybe because fighting, or maybe something like conjunctivitis, also he's very dirty, so maybe he has not found a very good place to find shelter.Source: I'm old, i have seen that, it breaks my heart every time.Under all that there's a handsome fella.        @normanefe he looked all clean a couple weeks ago, like somehow he had gotten a bath. I don't know who could have given him one, but it was an obvious change from his usual look
