       @ptribble Quick question!I have a SUN SunFIRE v880, but no login to the RSC card and no OS to boot from.But I am thinking if I can create somekind of LiveCD with Tribblix and run rscadm from that one? Is that possible with Tribblix?#sun #solaris #illumos

       @slink The problem is that I dont have any fibre-channel drivers, and therefore no OS to boot.I did not manage to get method 1 to work, and method 2 assumes a bootable OS@ptribble

       @selea The problem would be that rscadm was never open, so isn't present in illumos and thus not in Tribblix. You would need Solaris 10 (or older, I guess) for that.

       @drscriptt Thanks, I just need to find compatible harddrives first (they are hard to find).Hopefully, a Solaris LiveCD (?) may contain the rsc-tools that I need :)@ptribble
