       @klaatu I hate it when people say, "This is how we always did it" but at the same time, changes for the sake of changes doesn't usually lead to anything better.  You need to be more discriminating with your changes to avoid making things worse.Look at how UI/UX's on computers were often improving... until they stopped improving and just made them increasingly awful.Business idiots are always about the cool new thing--not whether it's the best idea or to keep doing what you already do well.
