       @Dan_Ramos My manager has been trying to get applicants for co-workers leaving. We repair electrical machines.The requirements are: Qualified for electrical practicing licence. (passed the exam and 2 years in work)Drivers licence.Can transport yourself here for in-person interview. Be legally allowed to live and work here. (Citizen, resident or have work visa already).Speak and read/write English.18/20 applicants have two or fewer of these.The two with all requirements got interviews.
