       @toffo someone in the comments guesses it might be omni trio and I do recognize that too in the synth/bass arps. would make sense since GTA featured a lot of tracks from moving shadow at the time (their label)but yeah pretty mysterious still, can't be sure, maybe you could send omni trio a mail to ask if it's them lol
