       KDE changed something from krunner and now when I search "ko" or "kon" the first result is still kontacts instead of the usual konsole which means if I'm quickly pressing enter I open the incorrect app.They also removed the "Open new tab" button from Dolphin some time ago and moved it to the File submenuI losing my mind
