       @radraccoon If it swells a little and itches, put some cream on it, preferably one with a topical anesthetic.If it gets one of those pus bubbles overnight, immediately drain it and keep it clean.This runs counter to most web advice, but in my personal experience, avoids most of the swelling, pain and scarring.
