@josch Were I to use an AI to help forward-port the MNT kernel patches from 7.1 to 7.2, would you still be willing to merge the code (given of course that the result is good).Not going to use it if you don't feel comfortable with that of course...

@josch @vimja we're not gonna merge patches ported by an LLM, sorry. i don't want to encourage LLM use. MNT Reform is in big parts an educational and DIY project, LLMs are an antithesis to that.

@mntmnI am absolutely fine with that. I contribute to Gentoo who have had a no-AI policy for years and I understand and in many ways support the sentiment.But I also like to try and see what it can do, where it's at.I wouldn't want to do it somewhere if it is unwelcome, which is why I ask.@josch
