       @ska @dalias for me it depends on motive.  for pkgconf, i want it to be universal.for this project, i've spent quite a bit of money and time doing crimes to playstation hardware

       @ska I've always opposed copyright as a concept(still use copyleft licenses on my stuff for my protection), so after capitalism is done with I'm all for dropping the license system and sharing freely. But until then, I use it because it helps me. And if you want a permissive copyleft license then use CC BY-SA, as long as someone uses the exact same license and they give you attribution they can do whatever.@dalias @ariadne
