       I have a severe phobia of heights, or some times just what I feel is high, and I had a full blown panic attack crossing a bridge in Universal City tonight. Was not the worst I've ever had, but it was a REAL bad one.My new girl was so supportive. She held my hand and let me catch my breath. She's amazing.

       Panic Attacks are gonna happen. Not much we can do about that, but having the tools and support after they happen make all the difference in the world.

       @art For me it's enclosed spaces with lots of people...but only sometimes. Had my first one when doing a tour of my kid's new school. Everyone started to walk towards the building and HOLY WOW! SO thankful that my wife was standing right there for that one and for the other ones I've had over the years.Nowadays I NOPE the fuck out of a building whenever I get that feeling in my chest before it gets bad. She understands.#MentalHealth
