       Yeah I got one a year or two ago finally but sacrificed my S class for a C class dreadnaught. I think they only come in c class, but they look really cool. It kept all my interior designs and stations, plus my 10 storage units so it's not much of a downgrade. The usual freighter upgrades still apply so it can travel great distances.

       He got an S class one, it's like a 5% chance.  I think opulent systems or conflicted one's near them have a good chance to spawn but idk.  I kept finding shitty ones tho.  Nothing above b for me.
