       @Djeep Soon, legislatures will pass laws to have infractions caused by Whites to be elevated due to the increased incidents by Whites to felony crimes and gang crimes.Then the "White designation" will change and people of color will be people of color.

       @Djeep To be fair, it does say "White Hispanic", but with those curls and that complexion, I would say Mulatto Hispanic is more accurate.
