       Dental coverage says I have implant coverage.  Pay 40% after deductable is met up to plan max.  Claim just got denied because I didn't meet their required criteria to get an implant.  Guess who's canceling their dental insurance?If I'm going to pay $540/yr for coverage that has hidden criteria, I might as well save my money since I'm paying cash anyway

       @Smeetoo Yeah, your dentist needs to look over the criteria, then resubmit the paperwork.  Ask them to add some pictures.
