       The third gender.It’s such a fascinating vestige of a conservative society that rather than an icon of a toilet or urinal, we use icons of people to represent “bathroom”.

       @benjancewicz In Asia, where I lived for a while,  the bathroom doors didn't use icons. One said 'Stand' and the other said "Sit'.More often there was only one door, used by everyone. It was often, this being Hong Kong, labelled "WC" or just 'Toilet'.
