       @Synclair looks like a parody or satire? "Sheriff's" is misspelled, which could be a legit accident but more likely hearkening back to "Learing Center". Wonder if it actually does anything

       @stormbringer @Synclair I find it extremely hard to believe since the Flock system uses plates to track movement.  I can't even begin to see how this could be believable.  It's a LITTLE funny but mostly shruggable.

       @Dan_Ramos @Synclair I wonder if it would work better with rectangles shaped like tags and with squiggles in them, made to look similar to tags, but not be illegal fake tags?
