       note berry is smart enough to retreat to a more defensible position - it's not that you *shouldnt* use power, it's that "they don't care about limiting government power"but the key here is that you can't effectively limit government power in a democracy where two things happen- one side does not care about limiting government- that side does not care about cheating and lying.If you had only the former, and that side only wanted to debate increasing power, that might suffice ( for a time, perhaps?)
