I fully expected to hate this movie, but I actually really liked it. I thought it was too jokey, though. If they had toned that down, I think it would have been a much better film. But it was still pretty good. Jared Leto was the surprise for me in this movie. I really thought I was going to hate him. @ReadingGlassesMan Like I said... too jokey. They were trying for the cheap clumsy jokey situations. When he switches, we wanted He-Man. It was still a good movie but that stuff undercut it. Skeletor was about the right amount of jokey without ruining the character, aside from that "crescendo" scene. I thought that scene was absolutely unnecessary and wasn't actually funny.

@Sgtron In context, in the movie, yes... but it was stupid to feature that so prominently in the trailer when so many people were getting sick of the fucking woke shit being injected into established properties by people who clearly hated the originals. The movie was pretty good. The trailers were awful.
