       Every summer the university had a special summer school for all the girls who had come out during the previous year. For some it was a refuge, so they didn't have to go home. For all it was a learning experience. A couple of girls from the previous year as mentors, classes on doing their makeup and hair, racks of different outfits to try on to help the girls find their styles. Role play sessions of people flirting with them, or getting cat called in the street. Self defence classes. Medication lesson's and how to administer injections.A crash course in all the life lessons other girls had years to learn compressed into a month of summer. With added sleep overs and parties.
