       Hey Fedi, any recommandations for interesting places to check in Bilbao? I’m staying there for the week and want to explore the city a bit.Places I’m the most interested in include queer spaces (especially lesbian ones), second hand book shops, goth clubs and thrift stores and places that serve vegetarian food.        @Sylvhem for second hand books check out Re-Read (there are several in the city, I like the one on Arenal), and possibly also BilboTruke. For queer and goth spaces Casco Viejo is probably your best starting point. For thrift stores look for Koopera, or at the weekend go out to Zorrotzaure and head to Vintage Bilbao.

       @Sylvhem it's not second hand but you can check Naubis bookstore, it's a lovely bookstore but I don't know if they have english / french books. They have a Mastodon account if you want to check. "La sinsorga" it's a feminist and cultural space and also a vegan bar/restaurant. "Casa del té y el café" it's a local specialty coffee shop, but a local one not a franchise. There's a really good restaurant on a cat cafe but I'm afraid it's full of AI slop.Enjoy your stay!
