       @veviser I bought one that you hold in your hand. Lasts about an hour on full blast, but it's way too strong at that setting. I guess the low or medium setting could last me 3-4 hours

I'd still like to have a tan after the holiday.I read the same for electrolytes online, but at the parmacy they told me it won't help.You've tried this and it works, I presume?I saw some powders you dissolve in a cup of water. I could dissolve them in my day bottle of about 2 liters.

       @critical Don't. But if you insist, preferably permanently submerged in a cooler liquid. Exploring deep caves, cellars or high mountains, is also cool. But if neither are an option, wet towel around your neck and look at the Saudis for fashion advice. Apply hand fan as needed. Spanish method is also good; sleep through mid day and be awake during the cooler morning, evening and night.
