       @eff @evacide I feel like it's incorrect to say "rogue officers" in this case. In one of my neighboring counties, multiple officers were put on administrative leave after doing exactly this over multiple months resulting in multiple distinct internal investigations. It's not one or two. There's a systemic problem of them using this tool to stalk thier Exes.
