       @LadyMont Farmers should have more representation in government, like those in charge of policy affecting framers should have farming backgrounds. But farmers are busy people. I can’t think of much worse than creating an unnecessary onerous situation for the farming community. It’s intentional, for sure.

       @virvallis Here in the Netherlands, don't you find it odd that the "farmers" who hoard acres upon acres of land, to grow tulips (how useless) and go through tons and tons of water every single day don't get harassed whatsoever. They're not the ones target at all!!!

       @LadyMont @virvallis Canada has systematically made farming more difficult, dangerous and expensive because you know, FREE trade. So now we import food from some of the shittiest most politically sus and toxic countries ever. Decent fresh Canadian grown food is hard to find and insanely costly now. We don't even make our own cookies etc unless you want to go to a fancy bakery (the only kind) and pay $8.50 CAD for a small piece of cake they had to make with imported ingredients.
