       ok so, like probably a lot of people here, i have some fetishes and kinks, and i am neurodivergent (autistic)there's one specific fetish that i'm pretty much obsessed with, i practically always think about when having sexual thoughts, though funnily enough the subject of said fetish i don't like seeing or talking about when it's not in a sexual context (though i assume i wouldn't mind talking about it sexually if it's with someone i trust with it)i was thinking now just randomly and it hit me that maybe it could be a kind of hyperfixation or special interest bc i'm autistic. at least for me i'm pretty sure it isand it got me wondering if autistic/neurodivergent people are more likely to have fetishes or kinks, and if the presence of special interests or fixations or whatever could have an impact. there's most likely proper academic research on this already and i wanna look at it but i also wanna do some independent data collection for fun and to see what it's like in hereso! i am now doing totally valid statistics research (i am not a professional). and i need help. please help me!ace people can answer too if they feel like it's valid for them to. some aces like kink or so i've heard so yea go for ityes i know being obsessed with a specific fetish or kink isn't necessarily an indication of a fixation or stuff but like if neurodivergent people are statistically more likely to be obsessed with fetishes i think there might be a correlation maybe. ofc that depends on how many people from each group respond. idk i'm not a statisticsiciologister or something​:boosts_ok_gay:​ ​:neofox_heart:​#autism #adhd #audhd #neurodivergent #sex #sexuality #fetishes #kink
