       During an interview with Fox News, Israeli President Isaac Herzog criticized New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, saying that he uses rhetoric that incites hatred and antisemitism. He said that describing Israel as committing "genocide" or calling it an "apartheid state" fuels hatred and increases the risks faced by Jews in the United States.Herzog also praised US President Donald Trump, describing him as a true friend of Israel.
